I’m Jenna Eastvold, RN, BSN, NC-BC, a board-certified nurse coach with over 17 years of experience in holistic health, behavior change, and coaching.
I’m also a mom of four, a music and nature lover, and someone who knows firsthand what it’s like to rebuild life and find your way forward again.

My work grew out of both professional training and lived experience. Over the past 17 years I’ve helped people improve their health, rebuild their habits, navigate addiction recovery, regulate their nervous systems, and move through major life transitions.
Today I primarily work with high-capacity women who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or unsure where to direct their energy next. Many of them are capable, thoughtful, and purpose-driven yet find themselves stuck in patterns that keep them operating in survival mode.
My coaching blends behavior change science, somatic awareness, and nurse-led health insight to help people reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity.
Together we focus on restoring energy, rebuilding sustainable habits, and creating meaningful progress in life, health, or passion projects.
