"Out of all the coaches I have worked with so far, Jenna was the one I connected with the most. I appreciate her asking tough open-ended questions that made me think and dive deep for substantial answers. "Before I started working with Jenna I was in recovery from complex PTSD with dissociative tendencies with depression and anxiety. I was going to start working on pacing myself, prioritization, my codependency with my close relationships and coming into a new understanding of how my leadership was being affected by my codependency. I had a very negative feeling toward goal setting. We gently talked about goals and Jenna slowly introduced them to me, we looked at the positive aspect and benefits of goal setting. I have been able to approach them from a positive perspective and this has defeated my fear of failure. I can now make small goals and I feel good about that.
Jenna stayed even and calm, nurturing throughout our sessions. Her gentleness made me feel comfortable and vulnerable. I felt like I was sitting with a girlfriend and a cup of tea. It felt close even though we weren’t close.
I had no idea of what coaching was like. I had such a positive experience that I want to continue on with coaching. It met a need I had in a way that I wasn’t expecting.
I am more confident in prioritizing and pacing myself. I really liked the “breakout mini workshops” so I could categorize things and see the bigger picture. Jenna noticed when I needed to pause and walked into it gently with me. It was not abrupt and finger pointing like previous counseling. I now feel like I can do this myself.
I would recommend Jenna’s coaching to many people, especially people who have been through trauma."

Prior to working with Jenna I was having trouble identifying areas of my life that needed more work. I was struggling with fatigue and stress and felt like I had already tried everything to improve. I went to Jenna with an open mind and willingness to try something new.
Jenna provided me with a safe and confidential space to focus on the root of my struggles. Her thoughtful questions helped guide me to think deeply and objectively about what changes I needed in my life to feel more balanced and in control of my wellbeing.
Through our sessions, I learned to have more grace for myself and for others; I focused on being grateful everyday; and I was encouraged to celebrate my everyday accomplishments and progress.
The progress I made with Jenna continues to help me live my life with a positive and thoughtful mindset. I know my limits better and carefully consider additional commitments; I no longer view my failures and accomplishments as a reflection of my own self-worth; and I feel more comfortable being my genuine self. Changing my mindset has resulted in less stress and brings me more joy and gratitude.

Having the opportunity to share thoughts with Jenna was a great help to me in the midst of the grief of losing our young son. Having someone come alongside me in this time without judgment of tears or doubts felt very safe. Jenna was a safe space for me.
Jenna gave me tools and encouraged me to make goals that not only were attainable, but gave me small victories that I could recognize everyday.
When I couldn't see my victories, Jenna would gently remind me of the ones that she could see from the outside looking in.
I would absolutely recommend Jenna to anyone who seeks a compassionate coach. She is exceptional in her approach to helping others.
